Dear Friends and Supporters We are thrilled to welcome you to Soft Skills Development & Research Foundation (SSDRF). What started as a vision shared by a few has now blossomed into a dynamic and purpose-driven entity. We wanted to take a moment to share with you the story behind our journey and the values that fuel our passion When we embarked on this adventure, we were guided by a simple yet profound belief “Everybody we have a purpose, bigger than what we are doing now”. This belief became the foundation upon which we built SSDR Foundation. Our mission has always been to empower individuals and organizations with the necessary soft skills to succeed in today's fast-paced and ever-changing world. As founders, we draw inspiration from those who have made transformational impact in the society through learning and development. It is this inspiration that propels us forward, even in the face of challenges. We believe that by the principle “Learning for Transformation” and with the slogan “Be your best version”, we can make a meaningful impact in the society None of this would be possible without the unwavering support of our team, partners, and the community that surrounds us.
