Md. Shaiful Islam is a multifaceted professional with expertise in several fields. He is the AGM (Assistant General Manager) of Production, a soft skills activist, an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, and an expert in Emotional Intelligence. He has a strong commitment to promoting soft skills and emotional intelligence, especially in the professional sector.
Shaiful Islam is the Founder and CEO of the Soft Skills Development Center (SSDC) and also the Founder and Chairman of the SSDR Foundation, organizations aimed at fostering personal and professional development through soft skills training.
His educational journey is notable, with a Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) from Dhaka University (DU), an MBA from the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Soft Skills Development from the UK.
He is recognized for his expertise in production management, where he applies his extensive knowledge in both technical and human-centered skills to improve organizational efficiency and employee engagement.
