As a versatile Trainer and Consultant, Naijur specializes in areas including Soft Skills, Adult Learning & Facilitation, Cultural Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Efficiency, and Productivity Improvement. He is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Mind Works, an international training and consulting organization focused on continuous improvement.
With more than 25 years of professional experience, 13 of which have been dedicated to Training & Development, Naijur has led over 3,000 training sessions, delivering impactful learning to more than 60,000 professionals across diverse sectors—from shop floor operators to CXOs in manufacturing and business. His total commercial training delivery amounts to over 60,000 hours.
In addition to his training and consulting work, Naijur is a guest lecturer at renowned institutions such as IBA-DU, East-West University, and the Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM). He also serves as a Senior Trainer for the ADB-funded SEIP Program under BGMEA, LFMEAB & IBA-DU. Furthermore, he is an empaneled trainer for TUV SUD and an international trainer in the Global Trainers’ Pool of K-Line Ship Management in Singapore.
Naijur holds multiple internationally recognized certifications, including as a Certified Trainer of Trainers (TOT), Lean Six Sigma Maser Black Belt and Lean Six SigmaBlack Belt, Lean Guide & Coach, Excellence in CI Leadership, TRIZ Practitioner, Habit Re-programmer, and Reiki Practitioner.
He earned his MBA and BBA from East West University, Dhaka. His extensive training spans topics such as Adult Learning Facilitation, Cultural Transformation, Neuro-Science of Leadership, NLP, Lean Management, Six Sigma, and TQM Process Optimization, with programs attended at prestigious institutions including TBM Consulting (USA), Aveta Business Institute (USA), Intertek Group (UK), Benchmark 6 Sigma (India), Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise, Govt. of India (MSME- TDC Chennai), and Vision Excellence Consulting, India.
